Accessibility statement
Everyone on a team should be able to use EliteCinq, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, larger text or less motion. This page says what we aim for, what is in place today, where we still fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.
Key points
- We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA.
- Arabic and Sorani Kurdish are laid out right to left throughout.
- The app works with a keyboard, follows your reduced-motion setting and labels its controls for screen readers.
- Known gaps are listed below. If you find another, please tell us.
1. Our goal
We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, published by the W3C. This covers the public website, the signed-in app and these legal pages.
This statement is our own assessment. No independent organisation has audited EliteCinq yet.
2. What is in place
- Right-to-left languages. In Arabic and Sorani Kurdish the whole layout is mirrored, and each page declares its language and direction, so screen readers use the right voice. Email addresses stay left to right so they read correctly.
- Keyboard use. Links, buttons, forms and dialogs can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the item in focus is clearly outlined. Cards on the sales board open with the keyboard, and a deal’s stage can be changed in its form instead of by dragging.
- Reduced motion. When your device asks for reduced motion, animations are switched off or replaced by a simple fade.
- Readable fields on phones. Form fields use 16-pixel text on phones, so the browser does not zoom in while you type. Pinch zoom is never turned off.
- Colour contrast. Our screen check measures text contrast on every screen, on phone and computer sizes, in all three languages. It flags any text below the WCAG minimum of 4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text.
- Screen-reader labels. Buttons that show only an icon have a text label, and errors, loading states and confirmation messages are announced.
- Light and dark themes. The app follows your device’s theme, or you can choose one.
3. Known limits
- Downloaded invoices and financial statements are PDF files that contain an image of the page. A screen reader cannot read their text, and the text cannot be selected. The same details are shown as text in the app.
- The signed-in app has no “skip to content” link yet. The main area is marked as the page’s main region, so screen-reader users can jump to it.
- Logos, photos and notes that your team adds are shown as they were entered. We cannot add descriptions to them for you.
We will update this page as we fix these.
4. Report a problem
If something in EliteCinq is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. It helps to include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. We read every report and will tell you what we plan to do about it.
