1. Not professional advice
EliteCinq is software for keeping business records. Nothing in the Service, on this website or in our communications is accounting, tax, legal, financial or investment advice. For decisions with legal, tax or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.
2. Figures are only as good as the entries
Totals, balances, cash on hand, profit and other reports are calculated from the information you and your team enter, including the exchange rates you set. EliteCinq does not verify that information and is not responsible for decisions made on figures that are wrong because of incorrect, incomplete or late entries.
3. Invoices and legal requirements
Invoice layouts are provided as templates. You are responsible for making sure each invoice meets the legal, tax and language requirements that apply to your business and your customers, and for keeping records for as long as the law requires.
4. Automatic updates
The Service moves deals between stages and updates figures automatically when you record certain actions, such as quotes, deposits, payments and production bills. Review these changes; automation follows your entries and cannot judge whether they are correct.
5. Sample data on our website
Screenshots, names, amounts and other figures shown on our website and in demonstrations are illustrative sample data. They are not real customers, results or promises of performance.
6. Links and other services
Links to websites, apps or services that we do not operate are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted or change. Keep your own copies of important records.
